Cypress Creek Family Dentistry

I would give six stars if I could. Dr. Mullins and his staff are excellent and caring. Karen is the hygienist I see most commonly, she is wonderful, and everyone I have met there is kind and concerned as well as very knowledgeable and professional. They have gone beyond expectations and I recommend them highly.

Had a fresh start and began new patient visits this week for our family of 5. Out of our family, 2 of us having major anxiety about even going. We have had several dental offices not work out just due to the lack of good bedside manner and lack of empathy especially when it comes down to the anxiety surrounding visits.

Our first visit on Monday was great! One of our teenagers had his appointment and the staff was amazing with him. From Mrs. Becky at the front desk to the very end of the appointment with Mrs. Christy, and Dr Mullins. I was extremely impressed by the questions asked on the new patient forms. I felt as if they truly care about the patient, and address any concerns up front, if any at all.

My husbands appointment is this morning and he too was very impressed the moment he was greeted when walking in. Even though it’s our first week going, and only 2 visits in, I am very hopeful that we may have found our dental “home” ❤️

Cypress creek Dental was a wonderful experience for my family. Able to fit our daughter in for the next day because of a call out but we were late because I went to the wrong place but they called after 15 minutes late and were super nice helped get us to the right place and still took us in and treated us wonderfully the Dental Hygienist Karen was absolutely sweet and informative involved our 9 year old in the process and taught her a lot about caring for her own teeth and now she takes more pride in her own dental care because of the great service we got. Building is great The Dentist and front desk all 5 stars across the board best dental experience ever hands down.

I had dental work that had cracked and needed fixing asap. Not only did Cypress Creek squeeze me in the next day, they had me in and out in less than an hour; good as new. The staff was incredibly friendly and Dr. Mullins was gentle and professional. I can't express my gratitude enough for how quickly and how well they took care of me. I almost enjoyed a dental appointment and that's huge. I will be back and will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I ended up cracking my tooth, I called Cypress creek and spoke with Laura yesterday. Hands down amazing they fit me into their schedule this morning at 830! I was in and out of the office within 45 mins. If there was a way to give 10 stars they would easily have got that. I saw Dr. Mullins, he was very pleasant and really cared and explained things as we went along. From the front office to the technicians in the back everyone was amazing and treated me like I had been coming there for years. Diane at the front desk was so very sweet and helped me understand my dental insurance. Highly recommend them if you dental care.
