(August 16, 2023, 11:21 am)First of all, I didn't know Enterprise was in Smithfield! I was in Surry Co, and thought I had to go to my usual J Clyde location. I have to say this location was AWESOME! Jennifer was so great! Her customer service was above and beyond, very patient and understanding as I had a bit of a snafu and had to come back the next day. I ended up with a different vehicle at the same rate a Honda CR-V which was awesome. Shout out to Jennifer Garcia, Branch Manager, for her assistance.
