The care, professionalism and compassion of the Doctors, PAs, Nurses and staff at FMC of Smithfield is beyond compare. The front desk team listens and gets patients in as quickly as possible. I see Dr. Shannon who takes whatever time is necessary to ensure all concerns are addressed; however, between my husband and our children, we’ve been to all the FMC providers. They go above and beyond to understand and connect with their patients and make sure patients within their care know they are valued. Recently our adult son went in for a physical and fainted when giving blood. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and fully recovered before leaving - to include getting him hydrated and with Kim helping me get his dog back in the car!! We couldn’t be more thankful for their care!

Had an amazing experience at their office. All are so amazing and show so much care. Every time I come in I am greeted so nicely and with a smile and just feel so welcomed. Their aesthetics is also so amazing the people there are so sweet!! Feel so relaxed after each appointment.
Dr. Tom is the best family doctor we have ever had. He has excellent medical knowledge and truly cares for each member of our family. We have moved away from town, but continue to make the drive back because he is the best! We have 8 kids and they all love Dr. Tom!
