Called them for emergency work on our business computer. We had been referred to them by one of our good competitors. The problem was repaired in full within that same day. The technician (Brian Buel) was great at his work, good at explaining what had gone wrong, how to prevent the problem, and he even found warranty work that needed to be done and arranged for Dell to do that work. Service was great, job was completed in reasonable time, price was good. I would refer any of my personal friends or competitors to this company. Ed Johnson
