Founders Village

My wife and I have lived in Founders Village for almost three years now and have absolutely loved it. The front desk staff are all amazing but especially Stephanie and Alyssa. They go above and beyond for their residents and it is truly appreciated. My wife and i recently moved to a bigger townhouse and Stephanie and Alyssa made it very easy for us to relocate and was a helping hand whenever we needed them.

Founders Village is the Best apartment complex in the Williamsburg area. The units are spacious and kept up to date. The office staff are Outstanding. The manager, Belinda, is there all the time and makes sure all of her renters stay satisfied. I recommend this apartment complex to everyone looking for an apartment to rent.

I'm thrilled to give Founders Village a 5-star review! First of all, the community is nice and clean. Secondly, I love my apartment. But most importantly, Steph and the other people who work at Founders have worked incredibly hard to accommodate me and help me in anyway they can.

For example, I left some rental books in my room when I went back to NJ for Christmas break. Amazon was going to charge me the full price of the books, but I called Steph and she was SO WILLING to ship them out for me, saving me hundreds of dollars in the process. That is REAL QUALITY SERVICE -- above and beyond -- and the level of care and accommodation shown for tenants enables me to give Founders a five-star review without any hesitation!

I have lived at Founders Village for 2 and a half years now and i absolutely love it! The office staff is FANTASTIC and caring about not only property concerns but also personal. They are quick to fix any maintenance requests that are required. Shopping and Grocery is right around the corner. I would recommend Founders Village to all future renters!

I moved into Founders Village during the early days of COVID, and the beautiful apartment and incredible service from the leasing office led me to stay for the entirety of my three years at law school. The amenities are excellent, repair services are always prompt, and there are so many spaces to walk my dog or go on a run. I would recommend Founders Village to anybody, especially someone in school looking for reliable Williamsburg housing. The staff at the leasing office are always so friendly and helpful, they will help resolve any issues you come across and make sure you get the perfect apartment experience.
