Love the eminities and the views. Feels a little less luxurious because of all the dirt and mulch more like a campground but that's my opinion.

We sold our property in 5 days working with Maggie Paige. We worked with an outside realtor before, and couldn’t sell at a much lower price.

Maggie didn’t try to persuade us to lower the price with the so-called comps, as many other realtors do, and was fast and to-the-point in communication in every step. We couldn’t believe when she brought not one but two offers in less than a week, right during the Christmas holiday.

As retirees we were looking for properties in Virginia Beach, we learned of the golf course of KingsMill, visited and became hooked on this area (loved the trees). The realty office is next door and were so helpful in local information, finding us the perfect lot, helping with developers. We will begin building this summer. As a buyer, I highly recommend this agency.
