EDIT: I said before I don't doubt the people who left the reviews had their experience but none of it has to do with the dentistry. Having come here a few years now, I would say those administrative troubles are well behind them.

I don't doubt that people who left bad reviews did had those troubles, but I think it is noteworthy that you don't see anything negative about the actual dentistry. I have, unfortunately, needed a lot of dental work because I didn't go to a dentist for about 15 years and never once flossed. I have needed a significant amount of dental work to get my mouth back to being pain and broken-tooth free, and it has all been done well.
