  Highly recommend "Better You Fitness"! I have taken Aqua Conditioning Aqua Zumba, plus ZOOM Yoga during the past 2 years through "Better You Fitness". As a Senior, I feel they are enthusiastic professionals capable of delivering workouts, fitness and personal training developed for me! I especially like the indoor swim offered now that fall has arrived!

  Bambi's in-person classes and her Zoom classes have both been great for me. During the throws of Covid restrictions, her upbeat personality and music selections in her Zoom work outs kept me sane and somewhat in shape! Thanks for caring about our health, Bambi. - Carolyn

  Does a great job adjusting to customer's personal needs. Is also very outgoing and is an exciting instructor!!

  Have been taking online zoom classes for over a year. Very happy with the classes. Keeping my 82 year old body moving.

  Engaging interaction, personable, and such fun. I feel energized and stronger, In fact, i would say I feel like a million dollars after my workout.
