We had a great time on the E-bikes!
The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the scenery couldn’t have been more beautiful! The bikes themselves were very easy to operate and made our ride a pleasure.
OMG! Do this!! We had a blast exploring Jamestown Island and the Capital Trail. Super friendly and helpful staff. Even if it’s been awhile since you biked, ebikes make it very easy to get on and bike for hours, seeing so much more than touring by car or walking.
Amazing experience - highly recommend! We did a one-hour Segway tour with our two 15 year old girls who wanted some excitement in our vacation and we all loved it. (First time for all and most of us are not very coordinated.) Cory was very helpful with questions beforehand and booking what we wanted, and William was a fantastic teacher, coach and guide. After a quick lesson, we were all comfortable operating the Segways and took off to zoom through a beautiful trail near a corn field and through a wooded park. We all had a lot of fun and agreed we would do it again.
My daughter and I rented the Ebikes for 2 hours and had a fantastic time. We were only going to be in town for 2 days and when we realized that it was going to rain the following day, we made a quick decision to rent the Ebikes. Corey was so accommodating. Even though cell reception was not great around Jamestown Settlement to talk on the phone, Corey texted me and we set up a time for him to deliver us the bikes:) We rode around Jamestown Island- over wooden bridges, through the woods, by the water where you could see the Jamestown replica ships in the distance. We saw deer grazing along the trail- so beautiful! We did the 3 mile loop (as opposed to other 5 mile loop) & that took us only about 45 minutes- the Ebikes really move at a good clip. Then we went back toward Jamestown Settlement & took the Capital Trail for the rest of our time- past farmland & through wooded trails- more deer along road. My advice would be to verify you know where the Capital Trail crosses the main road - signs are not clear when the trail crosses the main road - because trail seems like it continues straight & after a while it dead ends. But the Ebikes were a great adventure & area is beautiful to explore. I have a 10 year old daughter who was with me & loved the experience, but I also have 17 & 18 year old sons & a husband who love adventure. I’d love to come back to the area with them because I think they’d love the experience, too- fun for many ages:)
Great friendly service! Two-hour bike tour was a perfect way to see the beauty and hear about the history of the area on a flat trail. Bikes were safe and easy to operate. Would do it again and highly recommend!
