I've had one of the most wonderful experiences at Baylands Family Credit Union in West Point Virginia. Melissa and Destiny are two of the most knowledgeable and professional young ladies at this Credit Union, I enjoy coming in here being serviced by the two young ladies and I hope to continue to deal with them at this location.

Been a member over 4 years. Janine Waxmunski is the absolute best. I’ve gotten four loans through her. She so helpful. She answered every question that I had. Also helped me with my credit. As long as she’s there, they have my business.

Amazing place to trust your money and your time! I’ve been with them since I was able to open my first check card and they have been the most helpful and understanding people I have ever worked with. Desiree’ is amazing to talk to about loans and helps you understand the process and everything that goes into one so you are confident in what you are doing. They are by far the friendliest and most compassionate people I know and will continue recommend people to reach out and find out about their great perks such as with their grow green accounts, they pay higher interest to give you money back for more important things, their app which is easy to use and follow, but by far they are definitely Baylands FAMILY Credit Union, where families get more than just a credit union.
