My entire family has been working out with Bobby and his staff at Q Athletics for almost a year now and we HIGHLY recommend. He is one of, if not THE top trainer in the area. No matter what your goal is, he can help you get there. Bobby and his staff do not take a "one size fits all" approach. Give him a chance and I am sure you will never looking for another trainer again!

Awesome place, amazing options for group workouts or individual goals. I love how many options you’re given to mix up your workouts and still have a great time. I would recommend Bobby as a trainer for kids or adults alike, he even does online plans for diet and exercise combos!

Great, dedicated staff

This is for Greg from Exsurgo working out of this facility: he’s so nice and knowledgeable. He gave us a GREAT workout that included functional movements and challenging sets. And what’s not to love about being able to bring your child with you and they can play and hang out while you workout? Phenomenal!
