Dr. Le is very good at what she does.

First visit we went over my pain points, discussed when they happen, and then brainstormed ways to make changes to potentially eliminate my issues by change of posture, exercise changes, or specific mobility/stretch exercises to add.

I had a better understanding of the potential why to my issues on first visit. I spent a week adjusting to her recommendations, saw improvements, and also saw ways I could improve more. On the second visit I was already feeling much better. We went over the previous week and she made further suggestions based on my feedback.

Her adjustments are very good and accurate. She listens to your body well. I also experienced the needling technique which I recommend if you have some stubborn, tight muscle areas.

I am so happy with the care Dr. Tiffani provided for my daughter. She was struggling with pulled muscles and other discomforts from sports. Dr. Tiffani was thorough in her evaluation of what was happening with the muscles and gave her very effective treatments. She made my daughter feel very comfortable, gave her exercises to do at home and in a few weeks my daughter was feeling great!

Crissy has been providing massages over 10 years. She's amazing and was able to get the knots in my shoulder. The office is very clean and provides a relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend and will come back again.
