My husband and I are so happy that we worked with Josh and team at Relational Estate & Elder Law (Atlas Law) to establish our legal estate documents. We have a new family so were new to this process, and Josh and team answered all of our questions patiently, and clearly, and were willing to re-explain until we finally understood :). Joshua expertise was excellent in soliciting what our goal is and then specifically how to accomplish the update. First, we wanted to keep the old title of our older Revocable Living Trust to update the new Trust. We have already funded our previous Trust under the old title and DO NOT want to retitle the assets to the new Trust Title that will be time consuming and costly. Joshua accomplished the task effectively. Finally, he was personable to discuss and answer any questions that we might have.
