I had gone to get my hair colored for the first time, and SAMA answered all my queries in detail to help me decide on the color. She did a wonderful job with the balayage and toner, my hair looks absolutely fabulous and I’m amazed how natural it looks. Thank you so much Sama for your service. Highly recommend!! Looking forward to see you again soon!

After a “balayage” gone horribly wrong and orange by another stylist, I contacted Hair Story by Serap the next morning hoping I could undo the damage as soon as possible. Not only did Sama schedule me for same day service but she stayed 2 hours after the salon closed to make sure my hair was restored to its original brown, and glossier with subtle color added. I can’t be happier. Sama knows color and she definitely knows how to do a proper balayage on dark hair. I am so grateful!

(January 13, 2022, 2:21 pm)I have been on a hair journey the last year or two now, trying to find the right person who gets my vision and hears me when I ask for something. This is the place. Merve was a dream to work with- she looked at my Inspo picture and voiced to me exactly what she was thinking. She told me what she saw with my hair, what she thought was feasible short term and what she imagined for long term. She looked at my Instagram in advance of my appointment to see how I liked to style my hair and adjusted to make sure I was happy with the final result. She went over pricing before she started anything to make sure we were on the same page. She made product suggestions but wasn’t pushy. Start to finish, stylist goals!
