Gluten free oasis, tons of dairy free and vegan options, allergies are taken super serious and all the treats are super yummy and moist. My lil sis even said things tasted like "normal" food and the texture was the same :)

Super cautious of allergies and take them very seriously, the super amazing cashier double checked that my sister and I didn't have egg allergies and everything before making our waffles. Everything is clearly labeled with ingredients. One of the safest places I've ever felt. They don't allow outside food and drink in to keep everyone safe and that means the world to this allergy family 💖

This is an amazing bakery with a phenomenal staff. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. I am not vegan, but their vegan options have all been really, really good. I've sent my friends this way and they agree. Definitely worth swinging by!

We were so happy to find this place while visiting the area. So many great options! We had breakfast sandwiches, a pretzel dog, chicken tenders, several flavors of donuts and several different drinks. Everything was terrific. I really enjoyed the cold brew coffee.

My go to bakery for all of my gluten free goodies, The Difference Baker is amazing. From specials like holiday cookie boxes to classics like cherry and apple pies and cinnamon rolls to fall treats like banana and pumpkin loaves to savory items like pizza and pretzels, I've loved everything I've tried from this bistro.
