Because of Diana’s tireless efforts and success in getting that property sold, I called on her again last year to sell another rental property. And again, Diana did not disappoint. She worked just as hard this time as she did before and got the property sold in no time at a fair market price.

Diana was wonderful! She came to our house on a Sunday with many comps in our area so we were able to come up with a good and fair price. She had a professional come in the stage the house and then a professional photographer. Our home was listed the following Friday. The first potential buyer came on Sunday and wrote a contract that night. We met Diana on Monday to go over the contract and counter the offer, which was accepted. So, in just over a week we had met, listed and sold our home! She continued updating us on the process until we closed. We've bought and sold several homes over the years, but have never had a better experience. AND, on Christmas, she even brought us cookies!
