(March 28, 2018, 2:08 pm)I stop and get a few slices of pie when I drive to visit my mom in Roanoke. She LOVES the almond chess pie and devours it. At her age (90) it's nice to be able to give her something that is homemade with quality ingredients and that she enjoys so much! I offered to bring her a different kind next time and she said NO! I want the almond chess!
