“CALL PURCELLAIRE FIRST! It's 100 degrees out and our AC unit was blowing hot air. They came out within a couple of hours the SAME day (No one else could, and when they could, the emergency fee was through the roof). No emergency fee, no up-selling. The same part they installed was literally 5 times more with the "big guys". Nothing but honesty and help. Determined the problem FAST and fixed it. Was 100% honest in trying to save us the most money. Did not even charge a full hours rate which is usually the MINIMUM a company will charge even if it 10 minutes. I will never call anyone else before Purcell Aire. Even tho they only have a few reviews online, I chose this company because they are not some big AC company who can afford a bad review, so I knew they would do their best to help us. They went above and beyond that. Give them a call first, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you guys!”
