I will certainly use this facility in the future to navigate the ever challenging terrain of cable products.

(August 30, 2018, 2:09 pm)I went to this Verizon location yesterday after my phone had officially died and was not able to be repaired. Luckily there were multiple employees there and Garrett was able to work with me right away.
Garrett was fabulous! He listened to what I wanted and didn’t want in a phone, discussed my options with me and was very knowledgeable about the different devices. He set my new phone up promptly. I highly recommend anyone who wants to work with a friendly honest Verizon employee to ask for Garrett at the Ashburn Village shopping center Location! -

Diego was able to help me lower my bill and get me into an new Galaxy s9 plus without having to come out of pocket the full amount in store for a new device. Great group of guys and will be returning with my business in the future.

(April 15, 2018, 11:58 am)I had an issue with blocking a number on my phone. I knew how to do it so I called the store and spoke to Jeremy. I was wondering if there was any way to block someone from leaving voicemails as I was being harassed. I spoke to Jeremy briefly about my situation and he was very kind, friendly, and concerned about what was going on. He is awesome! I just want to make sure he gets recognized for this. I wish a lot of people would follow in his what steps when it comes to customer service no matter where they work.
