They were extremely informative and provided a TON of information by e-mail. We then set up a meeting, which I cancelled the following day because we had decided to go ahead and rent. When my renter gave notice, Arslan and Saad were right there to resume the meeting and pick up where we left off. Even during a mildly uncomfortable divorce situation between my ex-husband and I, Arslan and Saad demonstrated high levels of professionalism and promptness through the entire process. I even had a renter that was unwilling to cooperate for showings, which they navigated with poise. I will definitely be back to sell my next home with them! “I do most of my sewing from the remnants bin, and there's usually a good selection in there at very affordable prices. There are almost always coupons for a percentage of the total purchase as well, so a little patience on that front helps even more. All the staff I've encountered there are friendly and helpful, and have taken the time to look for my sometimes random requests even when they ended up not having it in stock at the moment (recent example was a round corner punch cutter). The effort is appreciated, and usually turns up the item without me having to dig through the whole store.”
