“I do most of my sewing from the remnants bin, and there's usually a good selection in there at very affordable prices. There are almost always coupons for a percentage of the total purchase as well, so a little patience on that front helps even more. All the staff I've encountered there are friendly and helpful, and have taken the time to look for my sometimes random requests even when they ended up not having it in stock at the moment (recent example was a round corner punch cutter). The effort is appreciated, and usually turns up the item without me having to dig through the whole store.”
