“I saw Dr Abdel-Kader a while back and have been pretty satisfied with having her as my doctor. She is professional, knowledgeable and gentle in her approach. There were a couple of times when I needed to ask her questions over the phone about possible interactions of her prescription with other medication and she has always been very prompt with returning calls and providing the required information. She has also been gentle and empathetic yet firm and encouraging in discussing issues during office visits. The practice has therapists as well, whom I have not used - Dr. Kader was able to suggest a therapist closer to my home and save me the long ride. The ladies at the office have always been nice, professional and good about scheduling follow up visits as per my convenience. When inclement weather caused them to cancel one of my visits they were pretty good about accommodating me in the schedule within a day - perhaps this is something all doctors do, nevertheless I thought it pretty efficient. At the first visit and one time at a follow up visit (which is scheduled for 15mins) I sensed she was glancing at the clock, which is a bit disconcerting given that a patient in a psychiatrists office is in an emotionally vulnerable place to start with and would like to have the time he/she needs to explain their situation - especially in the first visit. Having said that though I also have to say that Dr. Abdel-Kader is very polite and nice and does not really hurry you up. I have always found her to be pleasant, professional, respectful and supportive. In all I am really glad to have found Dr. Abdel-Kader and am thankful she is my doctor.”

“Both of my daughters and I go to see separate therapists, dealing with the death of their mom. Everyone from the office manager, receptionist to all our therapists and my girls drs and very thoughtful, they listen and are very involved with all of us. They even helped me get custody of my wife's girls. They fought hard for us. They are patient and understanding. And they are very polite. Never had an issue with getting calls returned or rescheduling an appt. I've never had an issue with billing, it comes out in the wash. Most of the time it is the insurance company. I can't imagine going anywhere else.”

“We began speech therapy with Ms Paula when my daughter was 2 years. At the time, my daughter knew a few words or grunted and pointed as a form of her communication. My daughter was often frustrated and angry when we could not understand her. However, once we started with Paula, she gave us the techniques and skills to help our daughter communicate. We loved having her guide us in encouraging our daughter to speak more. Our daughter has met her speech therapy goals!!! She now can tell us what she wants us to do or what she would like to eat. And as any parent would know it is hard struggle when you don't understand your child. Now we have less meltdowns. We have ended our speech therapy services, but we are excited about her continuous progress. And I truly believe she has gained more communication skills from the help of Paula. I would highly recommend her for your family.”

“This is the only place I go for my hair cuts. I have a regular barber that I use and the service is always great. They even offer coffee and sodas while you wait. Scheduling online is a breeze and they keep records of how they cut your hair previously. I LOVE the hot towels they place on your face when shampooing your hair and they also employ a scalp massage brush that feels oh so good! I've never had an issue with getting itchy hair down my neck after they cut my hair. You pay a bit more for this service but it is enjoyable and they never rush through to get to another customer.”

All of the staff was extremely friendly! I saw the nurse practitioner, Jeanne. She was wonderful! She listened to everything I had to say and all of my requests, while giving me positive feedback and suggestions. I'm also I'm between insurances right now, so she not only worked to keep everything affordable, but also made recommendations for other affordable services to me and gave me enough medication to last until my insurance starts When my new insurance starts in October, if it allows for me to see her, I will definitely continue to be back for primary care!”

I noticed a new manager had started working here named, Bijan. As I entered the store, immediately I felt like I was in a high end boutique shop. He greeted me and assisted very efficiently. “I came here after visiting a dental office in the same building and having an awful experience (that's another story). I was a bit worried to come to a new dentist, but my expectations were blown! I came in for a regular cleaning, and I can tell that it was extremely thorough, and all the time was taken to really explain to me how I can improve my dental health. I did not once feel like I was being sold a service, but rather an experience and a genuine concern for my dental health. This will 100% be my go to dentist office and i'm excited for what's to come (it's also a plus that I live close by)!”
