“Our bus driver this morning from Ashburn North to Navy Yard was on time. We left at 6.40am and we were at Navy Yard exactly 7.47am and is the first time we have gotten to Navy Yard that early since l started joining the bus 2 months ago Monday-Friday. I was Surprisely amazed, because is the first time l have joined the Loudoun transit bus with a Lady Driver. Thanks for your wonderful ride this morning. I was in my office at 7.51am, normally l get to the office 5 minutes late. Unfortunately l did not get her name. But she is an African American.”

“Julio was great! I'm a homeowner that had a disagreement with our builder, Toll Brothers, about what was causing peeling paint on a bathroom ceiling. Julio went into our attic, carefully walked the trusses to reach the spot where the bathroom vent came out of the ceiling. Toll Brothers' inspectors were unwilling to do that. Julio took pictures to show that there was no leak and the ceiling drywall was unstained. Then Julio went onto the roof and sealed each vent by lifting up the shingles around the vent. He said builders have not been doing this until 2 years ago or so. Our house was built 6 years ago so we were glad to have this done. He said nothing had seeped through, but now we're more protected. He also caulked around the pipe boot of each vent. He also checked the dryer vent and pulled a softball-sized wad out of the vent cover. We had already had someone clean our ducts, including the dryer duct, from the inside with a snake four months ago, but obviously he didn't get the giant wad at the vent cover. I got great value and peace of mind due to Julio's expertise. Thanks guys!”
