Almost system brocken and manual
Very convenient now that the underground walkway has opened.
If you want to get to (or from) the lower level (the walkway to the terminal and future metro entrance) from either of the two elevator banks NOT in the middle of each floor (the ones on the north or south positions along the side of the garage facing the terminal) you need to walk down (or up) a long ramp. So if you park between the east and west elevator banks, be sure to use the middle bank instead. (The middle bank's elevators serve all levels.)
The concrete surface of the ramp leading from parking level 1 to the lower level is already cracking extensively - not a good look!
Aids to help patrons fine empty spots (green or red indicators such as those found in malls these days) would be a big help.
