I am updating this review to illustrate just how happy I am with Joe. We purchased a Civic a month and a half ago. We noticed there was a lot of air noise from the driver's window, it was annoying but not worth the 3 hour round trip to Freedom Auto. We also could not find the USB and cig lighter ports, they didn't appear to be where the appeared in the owner's manual. I thought the part had been removed as there was a hole in the front of the console.
I called Joe and even though we bought the car "as is" with no warranty he actually honored his promise to fix any problems, again this was on a car bought over a month ago. He called the dealer and was set to purchase the missing part, then learned we were looking in the wrong place. So we did not need the part but he was ready to order it. He is also willing to have a body shop fix the air noise at his cost so I have elected to make the drive. Again he did not need to do any of this, we bought the car as is. In an industry void of honorable men Joe is a rare honorable man. Thank you Joe.

If I could award more stars, I would. I have been buying cars for more than 40 years and have never had a purchase go so smoothly. Joe and Wazir are so knowledgeable and patient, they went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. I researched the web for months, so I know I received an excellent deal on my 2017 Taurus. After driving the car for a day, I noticed a few minor problems. I called the office and Joe immediately said, "Bring it in, we'll make it right", and they did! I have been driving the car for a month and I could not be happier with it. I highly recommend Freedom Auto and I can't imagine purchasing a vehicle anywhere else.
This is the best place to purchase your car among all other places. While came to my situation I searched so many cars in online, but all after I decided to go with this dealer freedom auto sales . But I’m not in Virginia at the time, called the store and sent my friend over there to check the car condition , after his inspection he told me car looking nice just go with this. I told him deposit the some money in order to remove from online websites and reserve for me until I pick. These guys accepted and done all the that, after a week., Now I came to store I hand over check I got my car. Service and everything is perfect. Nice guys.
