“Probably the weirdest car dealership I've ever been to, but that's not a bad thing. It was weird because it was in an industrial park full of car dealers. You know, the kind of place where you would normally find Safelight, Trick Trucks, or a plumber. The service was fantastic. There was one problem with the vehicle I wanted to buy, and they fixed it while we were standing there. That really means something since they are supposed to be an "as is" dealer. I would definitely recommend them, and I would definitely buy from them again.”

“Upon recommendation from a friend we recently brought our 2000 Toyota Corolla to Chantilly Auto Group for maintenance and repair work. We were very pleased with the prompt and thorough service. Vinny was a pleasure to work with. They did needed repairs of a slow oil leak, and other repairs, for about half the cost of the Dealership – repairs we had been putting off due to the cost. Vinny showed us pictures before the repairs and explained why they were needed. In addition, they detailed to car – thoroughly cleaned the inside and touched up dings, etc. outside! 100% satisfied!”

“Called on a Saturday night about a 2018 Focus ST, made an appointment for the next morning at 11AM. I showed up at that time and the car was at the front of the building running and ready for me to ride. “Talked on the phone with Ali came about 2 hours out for a car... Ali offered for me to put it on his lift so I and a mechanic can check it out. Any thing that I had a concern about on the car he had checked out by his mechanic. Customer service was great. He honored everything he said made a $100 bet and he even ended up honoring that... also ran into traffic on the way up there 20 minutes after closing time still sitting in traffic he did not care a bit nor did he rush me or the process 2 months later... the car is still running good greatly satisfied with my experience with Loudoun motors and his staff.”
