(December 21, 2018, 6:41 pm)I was traveling today for the holidays, but last night my wallet was stolen. After being stuck at the airport all day due to travel issues, I finally broke down and tried to pay for a mango wrap with my HSA at the Dulles airport location. The manager, Ryan, there at 6pm on dec 21 was incredibly patient and understanding with me and when my payment didn’t go through, he paid for my meal! Ryan is just a genuinely kind person, and a credit to this company. I wasn’t expecting compassion like that, and it has definitely made me a loyal customer at Pei Wei. What an amazing employee!
Ps, the spicy chicken mango wrap was delicious. -
