Honestly it was the best decision I've made in a while concerning the health of my body. I feel a significant difference in the absence of joint pain and inflammation, also I seem to relax more and my workout regiment has actually improved. I'm completely sold on the therapy provided by Elite. The cryo chamber, massage work and leg compression provided, I'm sure would more than satisfy any potential client. The ladies are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled. They take a total interest in my well being and
for that I give them 5 Stars!! -

I sprained my ankle a few days ago and a friend recommended elite wellness to me so I went to try it out and after three days of coming in my ankle was significantly less swollen!!! The costumer service was amazing the ladies who run it are super nice and informative. I was a little nerve about the Cryo but I ended up having a great experience. It’s not like an ice bath at all. It’s basically just the coldness of -247 degrees without the stinging pain that comes with actual ice. The cryo only lasts 3 minutes so it seems like it’s not enough but once your in the chamber it can feel like a long time. And they have recovery boots that you can use afterwards for only five dollars more. 10/10 I would definitely recommend to my friends and anyone that has an injury or just for the health benefits
