“I contactes Khanh from Google on Christmas day and scheduled hi to come out next day. I had a washer that wont drain and fridge that wont dispense water or make ice. Khanh called back on Christmas day and discussed the issue. I sent him pics and also told him that dryer is bolted atop the washer. When he came to diagnose the issue, even though he seemed to guess what the issue might be, he did not feel comfortable dismounting the dryer on his own. So he told me he cannot take the job. He looked at the fridge and ruled out so.w of the issues that needed advanced troubleshooting by opening the back side and testing with altimeter. Ultimately said I may simply need a new water filter as it was not changed in a while. Ultimately he did not solve any of my problems but to my surprise, he did not charge me anything for his time since he did not fix the issues. Hard to find genuine people like him that value customer satisfaction over just making money. He even helped me manually drain the water from washer with his manual pump. I'll be sure to keep him around if I run into any other issues.”

This is a pet peeve of mine for shoe stores, so it's always nice when they have their act together.I was very pleases with this location and I'll probably be back in the future.
