I was thoroughly impressed! The young lady, Mina, started it off great! She took a detailed description of what I was there for to make sure the staff knew my issue. Polite and welcoming. Brian did an amazing job keeping me informed along the way, heard everything I said and addressed it. Mark made sure I understood what was done and if I had any question, again, addressing my original concerns. Overall a great place! I will return and refer! Thank you staff!

Had a great experience with this place.
I was frantically trying to find a place to fix my car on my one day off and picked these guys because of their reviews without knowing anything about pricing. They did a complementary detailed diagnostic test on my car, which was emailed to me with picture as well. Some one also called me to go through it in step my step to explain everything they saw. Pricing was good, not over the top like a “stealership” so I decided to go with them. They were very accommodating and since I live so close, they drove me home after I brought the my car to them and then came to pick me up when my car was ready. I spoke with and interacted with five different people, all who referred to me by my first name like we’ve known each other for a while. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, happy to explain anything I needed and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. I don’t look forward to needing work done on my car, but with this place and this group of people, I won’t dread it.

The entire team at Auto Stop Elite were all very professional and helpful! I came here to have a nail removed from my tire after being told from another place that it would take them 2 days to get me in. I called and spoke with Brian at Auto Stop and he told me they could fit me in (on very short notice) and I'm so glad I took my car to them. The inspection was super thorough and they send a detailed report with pictures to show you exactly what was checked. He provided quotes upfront so I knew what to expect when I came back for pickup which was appreciated since vehicle maintenance can be expensive. My car was ready for pickup within 2-3 hours and I couldn't be happier with my experience. 10/10. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an online appointment to get my low tire pressure light checked out late in the evening on Tuesday and they were flexible and able to fit me in the very next day on Wednesday. I was sure that I would need a new tire or at least a patch... but no, air pressure was just low. They took care of filling up my tires as appropriate and didn't charge me a cent. Bonus - every single staff member that I interacted with was professional, friendly and very helpful. I actually enjoyed my time spent waiting for my vehicle. This is the first time that I've ever had such a great and way above and beyond my expectations experience with servicing my car. I highly recommend Auto Stop Elite of Dulles!
