Havertys Furniture

We had a great experience at the Dulles Havertys. I went in knowing what I was looking for but Noreen assisted us right away, helped us find a matching ottoman, and helped us pick a color. The couch arrived within 2 months which is what they predicted. I think Havertys couches in particular are very fairly priced and comfortable.

Victor Kahng was our sales consultant and was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He made it a first class experience.

Sarah was truly amazing. She's someone who I trusted the minute I realized how well she knew the product she was selling. Her design instincts were spot-on and truly elevated the shopping experience. She was very patient with me and took the time to show me all of my options. I'm so grateful that I was lucky enough to work with her in the store. She deserves a raise, and I made sure to share my excellent feedback with the store manager Chad. I wish all shopping experiences were like this!

Love the current sale and Jenny Silvernail met with us to go over my options. She is always patient and gives me time to figure out my measurements and what works best leading up to the order by the end of the sale. She helped my dad place his order which included fabric to reupholster some existing chairs to match the new ones ordered. Havertys is always a great shopping
