Moto Machines customer service or for customer-to-be is outstanding, as I hadn't placed an order yet. I was concerned about a part for my bike fitting, they first tried to contact the manufacturer but after a short while they reached out to another customer that gave permission to show the part on their bike (same as mine) reassuring me it did indeed fit. Thanks for going the extra mile, I look forward to ordering from Moto Machines again.
I have a new model of bike, so fitment/availability of accessories and mods is kind of thin. These guys went above and beyond to help me get the correct products and mounting gear. Vey patient when they didn’t have to be. (A very stark comparison in attitude to another shop down the road).
Moto Machines has earned my loyalty; I will always check with them first for product availability.
Good customer service, however the motor machines account page is not showing my recent order. I believe this may be an issue with paying thru pay pal instead of using a credit card for the purchase. I do have to say that the customer service at Motor Machines is second to none. No waiting around for days for the answer to any questions that you may have. I will be buying from Motor Machines again in the future.
Hey all, I ordered a pair of side cases through Tom and it worked out excellent. I had numerous questions and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. This was a expensive purchase but at the end I felt extremely comfortable because of Tom's attitude and suggestions. So, if you want a pleasant buying experience, ask for Tom.
