John and his mechanics are great to work with. High quality work and service.

John and Joe run a very clean, organized shop. I work at another shop down the street, and we bring them our inspections when we have them. Based on what I've seen and know, they do great work. As a technician myself, it's very hard to find other shops I would trust. I trust them with my inspections, and if needed, I would trust them with a friend or family members' car. Great guys.

Mr. John is the best. I've never had bad service taking my cars to them. They are honest and fair in their pricing and do an excellent job with their repairs. As long as Northern Virginia roads are bad, I will keep coming back to Intell!

If there's an issue that need to addressed and you feel like there's no need for the service the mechanic is willing to show you the issue so you can make your own decision to move forward with the repair or not. There's no pressure, compared to other mechanic shops.

I don't trust a lot of mechanic shops but I like Intell Auto Service. I'm a AAA member and they are a AAA approved auto shop as well.
