When I finally decided to talk to Abbey, I immediately felt that they took my concerns seriously and were willing to meet my expectations. Throughout the entire process, we were kept well informed. The project was completed on time, if not a few days early. They were at my house every day, working full days to complete the project in as little time and disruption as possible. Rob and Gio, along with Jimmy and Justin were very professional, and their technical knowledge/abilities were exceptional. They always went above and beyond to complete the project in ways that took into consideration what is "nicer" and "better", rather than just getting done. They often knew what we would want better than we did, and would make the recommendations. Our basement has been completed, and is so much better than we had hoped, and the experience was perfect! Although Abbey may not have been the cheapest option out there, I will definitely use them again for all the reasons stated above!”

“Just finished getting four new tires installed on my van. I ordered online it arrived in 2 days, but my only complaint is that I was supposed to receive an email that the tires were in but I never got such email. The service was good, took about an hour and 10 minutes to get the tires put on. Prices are competitive. There was no waiting area aside from a bench that is in the entrance to Costco. Would have just walked around Costco to kill time but I was there before it opened.”
