“On short notice, I reserved a unit online and was able to meet with the storage representative/manager, Raquel, the same day. Raquel took her time to explain the process of renting a unit, best ways to store items, as well as moisture maintenance. Finally, she explained all the billing in detail, how to access the gate and unit, and all those minor details that many representatives fail to tell you or that the consumer forgets to ask. Raquel was very professional and helpful and I hope you are fortunate to show up on a day she is working. To add, the facility was well kept as well as the grounds and inside the storage facilities.”

“I stopped by here to see if I could get some patches sewn on to scrubs. The gentleman behind the counter wasn't sure, but called his boss to check. (Which I appreciate him checking first) However when I pulled out my patches, he realized they are iron on patches! (which I felt a little silly because I hadn't even thought about that as I haven't ironed on any patches since I was a kid.) The helpful gentleman said I could just iron them on at home, though they would sew them on if I still preferred that. He also said after ironing them on, the edges sometimes start coming up, and if they do, I could bring them in and they'd sew them for me. He did warn me to never have them dry cleaned, as it would heat the glue too much, and melt/distort the patch and/or fabric around it. I very much appreciated his honesty and pleasant help. I definitely plan to come back if I need anything done.”

“I generally order over phone and pick the order up in 30 minutes. The service is not too great specially on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. But the quality of the meat is really good. There is a wide variety of river water frozen fish as well. I freeze the chicken at home and the chicken is still soft and juicy after 10 days. Worth a round trip of 14 miles from my place. If you don't wanna wait, make sure to order 40-60 minutes in advance over phone.”
