In June 2019 I got two estimates to have the hood of our car painted and the headlights cleaned. Paint Perfections was $1,000 less than the other estimate so we decided to use them. When we got the car back it looked like new. Recently, we noticed some imperfections on the hood that we could not remove with soap and water. We called Paint Perfections and were told that the job was guaranteed for as long as we owned the vehicle. I made an appointment and took it in for them to have a look. It was determined that the blemishes were on the surface of the paint. I was told that if I had 20 minutes that they would remedy the problem. Sure enough, after 20 minutes the problem was resolved and they even waxed the hood for me. When I asked the charge they said there was no charge. Now that's customer service! I would highly recommend them for collision repair.
I've taken several vehicles to Paint Perfections over the years. Some just small dings, some major body repairs, but each time Jeremy and his team have been responsive, quick to turn the work around, and have delivered great customer service. I now live in Richmond and I still go out of my way to bring my vehicle to them because I know they'll do a great job, plus they're friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
After getting three different quotes from body shops in Cville, I stopped in to these fine folks based on a suggestion from a coworker. They did exactly what was asked without trying to upsell me on a bunch of work I didn’t want or need and I couldn’t be happier with the work performed. The paint is great, the repair work is unnoticeable - meaning they did such a good job that a person wouldn’t notice that there was an accident in the first place, and they got done on time and for the stated price. (434) 589-1094. I took my car in after getting some deer damage. The estimate was fair. I am new to C'ville and I broke my side mirror backing out of my garage. Even though it was an expensive mirror, Paint Perfections didn't even charge me for putting in.
