“Sara is absolutely awesome! I had ordered a refurbished phone from another company, she tried so hard to make it work including guiding me when I called the company to try to make it work. In the end I had to get a new phone because I needed the phone number immediately. She was so thorough on options, I got the new phone and she updated it quickly so I was able to walk out of the store with all my information on it. I go to the West End for much of my shopping but Sara is my Verizon person who I will only deal with, I will wait till she is working to work with her!!”
