“In June 2019 I got two estimates to have the hood of our car painted and the headlights cleaned. Paint Perfections was $1,000 less than the other estimate so we decided to use them. When we got the car back it looked like new. Recently, we noticed some imperfections on the hood that we could not remove with soap and water. We called Paint Perfections and were told that the job was guaranteed for as long as we owned the vehicle. I made an appointment and took it in for them to have a look. It was determined that the blemishes were on the surface of the paint. I was told that if I had 20 minutes that they would remedy the problem. Sure enough, after 20 minutes the problem was resolved and they even waxed the hood for me. When I asked the charge they said there was no charge. Now that's customer service! I would highly recommend them for collision repair.”

“I have visited the restaurant many times because I live in Richmond and it's a great location to meet my Charlottesville friends. The food is fabulous and has always been consistently good. I cannot however give it a 5 because the service is always extremely slow. I want to make a point though. The staff is always friendly but always seem flustered. It seems like they are always new. I'm guessing this happens because there is not enough traffic for the server to make a decent amount of tips. I wish this little gem of a restaurant would get more patrons because then maybe there wouldn't be such a staff turnover. The food is fabulous so go give them a try and don't be in such a hurry. Enjoy your dinner companions.”
