Pleasantly surprised...
I joined MFBBC for a month before a major surgery to keep me moving after the holidays when it was cold outside and I knew I wouldn't be cycling or running. In my head I was going for month and be done. Within the first week I WAS HOOKED!!!!
I love the 30-minute format. I love the variety and how the workouts can be tailored to each individual with just a small adjustment of weight or body position.
I came to this gym after having spent the last year doing intense one-hour "muscle head" workouts and didn't expect to be challenged BUT I WAS!!!!
As soon as I am released to workout again post-op, I will be back as a regular at BFBBC and I can hardly wait! The trainers there are personable, encouraging and welcoming.
I have a friend that just completed her 400th workout at another FBBC location and I wish I had joined her YEARS ago with this format! It's the best! Thank you!
This an a wonderful gym! I have had a lot of changes in my life the last several years that had my healthy and fitness take a back seat to other priorities. A few months ago, I decided that it is time to stop making excuses, get back on track, and take better care of myself. I tried at-home workouts in the past and the standard gym routine became super boring to me. Both options eventually fizzled out over time...
Manassas FBBC is ANYTHING but boring. The workouts are tough and constantly changing. You never know what you're walking into with your workout on any given day, but it's sure to keep your muscles burning! After my first few classes, I realized why the workouts were called the "Afterburn Workouts." LOL.
I loved that the program allows you to do a 3-day free trial, followed by an extended trial at a reduced rate. If you decide it's a good fit, you can setup a membership and pay either monthly or weekly; whatever works best for you! The longer commitment you make, the less the monthly rate is to join!
This gym has helped me re-prioritize myself to squeeze in a short, but intense daily workout before the rest of my house even wakes up! I needed something where I could be in-and-out, but still be able to get the results I wanted. I also LOVE all the trainers. I have issues with pain and arthritis, and any of the predefined exercises can be adjusted to fit your needs without sacrificing your fitness progress. It feels great to get individualized attention due to smaller class sizes, but not have to pay out the wazoo for a one-on-one trainer. Its the best of both worlds! The trainers are positive and help provide the extra push when needed. They also provide daily tips at the end of each workout to keep you motivated and on track towards reaching your wellness goals.
I also enjoy their fitness app and scheduling tools to sign up for classes!
I'm a couple months in, and starting to really feel and see results! I'm hoping to continue my classes way into the future. I have found that a scheduled time to have to be somewhere to workout keeps me on track and accountable!

Yeah, I'm a Mormon. And most of the reasons why I am is the people I share this church with. They are uncommon.
Great atmosphere! The coaches are encouraging, and offer many alternative movements for those just starting their fitness journey, or those who are a little sore from the day before! Convenient location and array of class times make it easy to fit into your daily routine. the members are kind and non-judgmental, making for a ver welcoming fitness environment that keeps you coming back. I am in the best shape of my life!
I joined when they were running a special 6 week transformation challenge. I had no intention of signing up beyond that. I just wanted something to kick start me. But I love it and have signed up. The instructors are great. Very knowledgeable and encouraging. I love the half hour class. It fits in with my schedule. I give it my all for 30 minutes and walk away knowing I have had a great intense full body work out. I have seen changes in my body shape after 6 weeks and can’t wait to see what 3 months can do.
I really like the welcoming spirit & encouragement of all the staff here. I’ve been taking classes with Olivia for the past several weeks & definitely see results. The classes really are adaptable for any fitness level. And her positivity & liveliness make the classes go by really quickly!
Great people, love the spirit I feel when going there.
Just a great please to worship. I call our congregation "the little engine that could". A great please to worship the savior and promised Messiah. All are welcome.
The visit was fantastic the Carter's did a great job of explaining the history loved it.
