(December 23, 2017, 10:13 am)For those who aren’t aware of what a outstanding human being is, let alone manager you must have never met Mr Jimmy Conroy of the United bank of manassas. Today is Saturday 12-23-17 and AMAZON PRIME just tried to screw me over. I didn’t know what to do. So I went to good ol’ Mr Jimmy. He immediately handled it, talked to me as a friend, and gave me some advice. Talk about customer service? This gentleman’s work ethics need to be recognized. Outstanding, simply outstanding.
(May 19, 2016, 7:53 am)I can't say enough about this bank. They are friendly, you are not just a number, and they are genuinely interested in you as a person. I have been working with this bank for about 8 years and though we have had concerns in the beginning - we have always worked with together to remedy all issue that came up.
