“I am just letting everyone know what a fantastic store this is!!! The manager Franklin Omar Galdamez is the most compassionate and helpful person!!! My co-worker's husband had passed away and the funeral services were Saturday. I was unable to make the services due to being out of town and we wanted to contribute by not being able to be there, so we thought we would order chicken and have it delivered. Three hours of trying to find someone who would do it was a very difficult task, DoorDash & GrubHub would not take the order due to it being so large. I then went to KFC website to order and it took my order and then canceled due to the amount of chicken. I called the corporate office and they connected me with the Manassas location. Franklin went above and beyond to help me with the matter. He took the order and made sure that it was delivered to the proper location by the time it was needed and he never broke a sweat! He did not charge me for the delivery and that was amazing for him to do. Please keep in mind if you communicate with people honestly all things can be worked out. “Update: changed review! The owner of the restaurant called me after finding out about the issue. He was extremely professional and Apologetic. He explained what happened and offered to correct the situation. The food that I did receive was amazing and I will order from them in the future. Ordered through Uber eats. Not a single item was correct. The items that were sent weren’t even close to what was ordered. Called the restaurant as I would of gone to get the correct items. They do not answer the phone professionally. They hung up on me 3 times.”

While I don't think I have meet the propieter of this establishment in person, I can tell that they truly care about the clientele and thier wellbeing. While scheduling sessions the owner was always quick to respond and went out of their way to ensure my specific needs were met. The massage skill of the therapists.is excellent, I can honestly say it was one of the best, if not the best, most thourgh massages I have ever had. The therapist really takes her time and listens to you (as best she can, I recommend Google translate). The facility itself appears to be recently remodeled, and is exceptionally clean. Rooms are private, with plenty of room in them. Tables are comfortable and sized so even if you are 6'1", you can comfortably lay on them. Bottom line, this is where you want to go, this is where they truly care about the client.”
