“As a full-time working mom, I can not express how glad to have my children here (my oldest used to go here also when it was called Fairfax Academy). They don't have a big turn around which is a plus, a lot of the care providers when my daughter went there about 14 yrs ago are still there, which puts me at ease. Having to leave my babies in someone else's care every morning is one of the hardest things I have to do. My heart breaks just a little bit each day, knowing I will miss so many precious moments with my children, while someone else will be there to witness so many of their "firsts". It's a feeling I'm sure I share with so many other moms. Thanks to the teachers and staff at Merit School, however, I can feel a little bit better about leaving my kids every day because I know they are in the hands of caring professionals who cherish them (almost as much as we do) and seem to understand how much I must miss them every day. The teachers, director, and assistant director have been fantastic about keeping us up-to-date on the highlights of our children's days, sharing their funny moments and their latest achievements . And the best part is that we don't always have to wait till the end of the day. They send us texts and photos when they know it's a moment we wouldn't want to miss through Precious Status app (I have to say is AWESOME). Their messages brighten my day, make me laugh, and help me to feel that even though we're apart, I'm still with my kids somehow. I'm so grateful to the staff at The Merit School for helping us give our children such a great start in life, and for including us in the moments we would otherwise miss out on. Plus the summer camps they have for every age group. My children love and can't stop talking about the activities and field trips they have taken.”

“I have taken my dog to doggie day care for several years. The staff has consistently taken excellent care of him. They have sent me pictures of him playing with other dogs. They tell me that they care for my dog and greet him. He cannot get in the door fast enough! They know his quirky habits. My dog plays well with both big dogs and little dogs, but the staff is very careful to place him in the right environment. He comes home happy and tired. The staff has called me to tell me when his shots are due. This past year he had a cyst removed and they cared for him, lovingly. i would recommend this business!”

“Great quality rebuild, really fair price. Great company. Only down side was how difficult it was to get in touch with the store. I went three times in person (twice in one day) and no one was there, door was locked but hours said open. A few times I tried calling and got no answer but eventually got in touch. Other then that, he even repainted and cleaned up my alternator. I definitely recommend Artie's Auto Electric.”
