Ahmad is wonderful!!! He had to drive way out of his way to come to our house ( twice) because my Roku wasn’t working n needed a booster out here in the boonies! He was very professional. He was very patient with my sister n I ( we don’t have a clue about electronics) n explained everything to us!! Ahmad is the owner/operator. He personally came to my home to help me with my router issues. He didn’t send a tech or employee - he brought his vast expertise to diagnose and solve my issues. He was on time, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He started his business in Dubai where smart living is the norm in all homes, apartment buildings and huge high-rises. His business in Dubai is responsible for installing smart systems in entire buildings and ensuring smooth, seamless operations for a variety of businesses in the financial and tech industries as well as entire apartment buildings. I wasn’t ready to go all the way with turning my home into a smart home but I now have the latest mesh system so when I’m ready I’ll be able to. Previously I had what I thought was a pretty good router from Netgear but as soon as I ran into issues, my only recourse was online forums to troubleshoot. With Ahmad, he’s a text, phone call or visit for assistance. And as an educated IT person, he really knows his stuff.
