(March 29, 2021, 8:01 am)Bob is great our power went out for 6 hrs and for some reason our furnace wouldn't start back up , he didn't even hesitate to help us out .... he also fixed our heater back in September before winter hit and the service was great and timing was excellent... will definitely be calling them for all our heating issues

(October 25, 2020, 2:27 pm)We just purchased our home in Silver Creek and our downstairs furnace was not working. It was a weekend so I called Bob and left him a VM to request service (his cell number is on the office answering machine for after hours emergencies). He called me right back and came to our house that night. He wasn't even there for 30 minutes before he was finished and ready to leave and we had heat again! He was very friendly, very professional and gave us fast and quality service!! They sent an invoice in the mail and the cost was EXTREMELY fair!! We couldn't have been happier with the service we received and we will be using and recommending him for any future needs! 😁❤
