This location is extremely convenient as it is within walking distance to my work so I can drop my car off in the morning and have any service done while I am working. The convenience is what brought me here, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. MJ, who was working the front desk was friendly and helpful and she got my car in and out hassle-free. They continue to earn my business with every visit.

The manager at this location Beret should be in charge of more than just this store I’ve never been to a location and had such a great experience and it was all because of her. From start to finish great customer service, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and you can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and will go above and beyond for the satisfaction of the customer, as long as she is here I will choose this service over the dealership anyday. It’s not everyday that you get A1 customer service but coming here your guaranteed to leave not just satisfied but feeling better than before you came in! We need more people like her they are the heart and face of the business.

I was serviced by Beret during my last visit. I am always hesitant to get my car serviced as a woman because I do not want to get taken advantage of, but Beret made me feel very comfortable as she was able to easily explain the type of work I needed done on my car. I so pleased with how fast and efficient she was, and it was also at a very reasonable price! I totally recommend Mr. Tire Auto center!
