Wowwwww! This place is amazing. It was my first time doing anything like this. My friend and I received wonderful treatment, care, and great instruction. The workout that was planned was perfect for our first time as well as the EMS. We can already start to feel the results after only 20 minutes. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I absolutely love it! I fell in love with BodyShocks from the first session. Jaquee and Magnum are a Dynamic Duo, providing challenging workouts, yet making the entire experience SUPER FUN! I always look forward to performing the Metabolism class and Strength Training circuit.

I was extremely pleased with the results I received in a short amount of time. My physique is more tone and I have more stamina. It was just what I needed to get my confidence back to pursue other fitness goals.

Hello World! If your looking to gain muscle, lose weight, compete, you just want to begin to live a healthier life or just want to try something new. I encourage you to come try it out. I promise you will not be disappointed. I have been going to Body Shock since September 2020 randomly. I have learned so much and made so much progress on my fitness journey. This last month I have been going several days a week consistently and I have seen my legs actually begin to grow mass already. It's amazing. My little pencil legs are forming. I am so excited and a huge part is because the leadership of Body Shock. If your looking for any guidance in fitness I'm telling you go to Body Shock. They have the guidance you need and want.
