TPMG Kiln Creek Family Medicine

I have been with TPMG Kiln Creek for years now and they are by far the nicest, most sincere group of professionals that I have ever dealt with in the medical field. I highly recommend Dr. Moore and her staff.

When an entire staff, from the receptionists, nurses, office manager and physician treat you with dignity and respect it helps improve the quality of life. At this office the care is exceptional and genuine. I am grateful because dealing with multiple health issues is draining and to feel I count is great.

Dr. Moore and her wonderful staff do a great job and genuinely care. We had a death in the family and they sent us a personalized card; really meant a lot.

Dr. Moore is, by far, the most favorite doctor that I've ever seen. She and her staff are all so kind and compassionate. Yes, sometimes I have to wait past my appointment time, but that is because they take the time to actually talk with and listen to their patients. I have never felt like I was being rushed through an appointment. It is so refreshing to have a medical team that treats you like a valued patient and not just an insurance claim.

My visit with Dr. Moore was very thorough and she is very informative about my hearth. For this I rate her very high (5 stars). But my appointment was scheduled for 3:00, I arrived at 2:45 and never went back to a room until 3:45. The electronic sign-in my be good technology, but doesn't help you get seen any faster. I realize there is a balancing act between giving a patient undivided attention and moving through quickly, so I give the practice 4 stars. I would highly recommend her practice, but expect to be there for 2 hours.
