I lived in a two bedroom townhouse at Earle of Warwick from 2018-2021. I absolutely loved my townhouse…we only moved out because we bought a house. The area is great! Very safe and quiet, plus it’s super close to lots of stores and restaurants. The townhouse itself was pretty spacious and we had a good amount of storage for an apartment. It was also very nice to have outdoor space.
The office and maintenance were always professional and we never had any issues with them. Also had no problems moving out…we got back most of the security deposit (had some broken blinds we had to pay for, but that was fair since we broke them).
Yes, the apartments are a little more dated in style and appliances aren’t super new, but they are very clean and you can’t beat the value/price.
