Angelo's Steak and Pancake House

It's a typical breakfast atmosphere. We were seated immediately and our server was quick to bring our drinks and coffee. She was also very timely with offers to refill our coffee cups. The food took awhile to come out of the kitchen but it could be short staff issues like most places have nowadays, or the fact the cook from scratch using real eggs. The food was yummy!

This place is probably my favorite places I have ate in Newport News. My husband is from Newport News and his family is Still around here. We were visiting from Arizona. The food was amazing. The service was great. The friends we were with raved about how much they loved Angelo's. The hambu steak was great! Their french fries have been amazing in the past, although the flavor was good they were a bit cold coming out this time. I will definitely return to Angelo's.

Second time here and not as good as the first. We were seated right away on Easter Sunday at 12. Server came over instantly and got our orders. The pancakes were not the best. They were huge but not the best. My daughters scrambled eggs were wet like over easy eggs. Prices very reasonable, and portion size very good.

I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Angelo today. This was my first time ever visiting this establishment. I was super impressed to how nice he was to everyone. The food is Amazing and kudos to the cooks. We were taken care of by Ms. Brandi who was super nice as well. Thank you all for such an amazing experience. I will be patronizing your establishment in the near future.
