(June 18, 2022, 9:27 pm)All four nurses are extremely kind n friendly. The first nurse wanted to check if there would be extra charge since I requested 3D instead of 2D mammogram. She left n didn’t come back. After a while, I asked a supervisor nurse if I needed to wait longer. Right away she told a different nurse to help. This nurse gave very detailed instruction what to do with the machine. She also told me the technology was much better now n made me feel more comfortable.
Later I had the bone density scanning. The lady nurse with a male assistant were both very kind n warm. They made me feel comfortable. I as a patient felt nervous with machines. And this trip I felt ok.
(May 20, 2022, 7:03 pm)The staff was very professional and happy to assist with any questions. My technician even allowed me to sit down and finish the imagining seated when my legs got shaky. The team is ready to accommodate every person no matter their size, age, infirmity, gender, or status. They offer 2D and 3D imaging so you can choose the one best for your needs. Nice office, real plants, and open spaced seating. Masks are required.
(May 13, 2022, 12:48 pm)My first time there and it was a wonderful experience! The staff were professional, kind and very organized. My appointment for my mammogram was at 8. I checked in at 7:55 am and was in my car ready to leave by 8:30 am. The techs made sure I was comfortable and walked through everything they were doing during the exam. Highly recommend!
(April 26, 2022, 6:58 pm)The provider called me very quickly in response to scheduling my initial service once the referral was received. I was able to be seen within just a few days. My issue was not a crisis. The admin staff and the Ultrasound Technician were polite, respectful, professional and made me feel well cared for. The UT listened to my needs and worked with me to keep me comfortable. Based on my experience, which was excellent, I would highly recommend them.
